Columbia Junior Volleyball Club

"Since 1990, the purpose of Columbia Junior Volleyball has been to provide the highest level of volleyball competition, and the best volleyball experience for our players. As a club, we strive to be the best on and off the court, and to help our players to be the best they can be in volleyball, in the classroom, and in life."

Columbia JVBC 2017-2018 Season

We have a new SENIOR Coach!

Ok, maybe he's not "new", but he's certainly a great coach... If you are at the Emerald City Classic today, find Coach Russ and wish him Happy Birthday!

College Traveling Camp is BACK!!!

The best local volleyball camp is back again this summer. Two sessions (all skills and positions)... do both or just one.

Led by one of the best coaches around... former coach at WSU and UNLV, Dr. Mashallah Farokhmanesh. These camps are a tremendous value for preparing for school season. Download the full camp brochure here. These camps are open to all players (regardless of club teams or high school programs.)

Columbia 15s, 16s, 18s at Emerald City

Tournament Information on Website
Please direct your families to the official tournament website at emeraldcityclassic.us for all details about the tournament including maps and court diagrams, tournament rules and restrictions, etc..

Admission
There will be an admission charge of $5/day at both playing sites.

Parking
The University of Washington will be charging for parking at least on Saturday and the first half of Sunday. Please carpool to save money! There will be ample signage to direct you where to park. Please follow the instructions on the signs. Every year we have a few parents that believe rules don't apply to them. Please ask your parents not to be 'those parents'.

No Outside Chairs allowed.
Please leave your chairs at home. We have plenty of seating provided at all playing venues.

Outside Food Restrictions
Only the Alaska Airlines Arena at the University of Washington will allow outside food. If you are playing on Courts 1-20 at the University of Washington, you can set up team areas and bring food into the Alaska Airlines Arena. All other venues do NOT allow outside food.
