Columbia 16-Red ripped off five straight wins on Sunday, winning their Qualifier Bracket, and launching themselves into the Diamond Division and the top tier of CEVA Power League. Despite their now gaudy 10-2 match record over their first four days of play this season, once again their initial seeding held their final placement down. The ladies of 16-Red will play in the Diamond Division next month. They'll be #30 in the 121 team field, but we expect them to continue to move up, and their tournament seedings should start to reflect how well this team is playing. (It's hard to do better than undefeated!) Great work ladies!
