If you have received a Offer and Acceptance Agreement offering you a spot on a Columbia team for the 2018-2019 season, here are the steps for accepting your offer:

1) A reminder that you have 72 hours from the time of the offer to make your decision. (This is true for every club.)

3) Print (if you don't have a printed copy from us), Sign, and Date the back (2nd page) of the agreement (both player and a parent must sign) and then scan or photograph both pages and email them to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as well. (Also, make any corrections needed to the name on the agreement.)

4) Go into your webpoint (USAV) membership account and upgrade your membership to Full, and select Columbia Jrs as your club. At this point, you are a club member for the coming season! Congratulations!

5) Team rosters will be posted later this week, along with lots of additional information, check our website often.
